Examination Announcement – February 2026

  • All examinations will be conducted online on 28th, 29th & 30th March 2026 (9:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
  • General students up to A25-1 Batch can appear for all examinations.
  • General students from B25-2 Batch to C25-1 Batch can appear for Semester 1 examination only.
  • SC/ST students up to D23 Batch can appear for all examinations.
  • Students must register online for examination .
  • Students registering for first semester examination of DCBAT courses must also register for Dual Course (PDCFA) and pay additional certificate fee of ₹118.
  • Online registration link will be available from 24-February-2025 at: www.keralastaterutronix.com
  • Once registration is completed, Course Change will not be permitted.
  • Examination Fee: ₹150 per subject (Theory & Practical). Supplementary exam fee: ₹150 per subject. Additionally, 18% GST will be applicable as per Government rules.

Fee Payment Details

  • Registration process can be done without payment at first.
  • The students who registered and planed to pay later too can attend model exam sheculed on 25-02-2026,26-02-2026,27-02-26,28-02-26
  • Actual Registation Payment date will be informed soon.
  • ATCs must verify that all registered students are listed properly and payment to be completed then
  • Hall ticket will be issued only to students who have paid exam fee.
  • Internal marks examinations will be conducted at respective ATCs.
  • This is the final chance for D22 Batch students.
  • Students can attend the exam using Computer only from respective ATCs.

    Online Examination Login Guidelines for Students

    1. Keep Your Login Credentials Confidential
      • ATCs should verify the student to get the login password.
      • Do not share your User ID or Password with anyone.
      • Do not write your password where others can see it.
    2. Always Log Out Properly
      • After completing the exam, click the “Logout” button.
      • Do not simply close the browser window.
      • Ensure the system confirms successful logout before leaving.
    3. Do Not Leave the System Unattended
      • Never leave your exam session open and unattended.
      • If you need to step away, inform the invigilator (if applicable) and log out if permitted.
    4. Do Not Attempt to Modify or Tamper
      • Do not try to refresh, reload, inspect, or modify the exam page.
      • Do not use browser back/forward buttons during the exam.
      • Any attempt to alter exam content may lead to disqualification.
    5. Use Only Authorized Training Centre Devices
      • Use the recommended browser and device as instructed.
      • Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the exam system.
    6. Ensure Stable Internet Connection
      • Use a reliable internet connection.
      • Avoid switching networks during the exam.
    7. Submit Before Time Ends
      • Always click Submit before the exam timer expires.
      • Wait for the confirmation message after submission.
    8. Report Issues Immediately
      • If you face login problems or technical errors, inform the exam authority immediately.
      • Do not attempt to resolve technical issues by yourself in ways that violate exam rules.
    9. Responsibility of the Student
      • Any activity performed using your login credentials is considered your responsibility.
      • Misuse of login access may result in cancellation of the exam and further disciplinary action.

    Training Centre Guidelines for Student Exam Registration

    1. Use Authorized Centre Login Only
      • Login using the official Centre ID and Password given (student registration portal email and password) .
      • Do not share centre login credentials with unauthorized staff.
    2. Register students for Exam
      • Ensure the student details are exactly as per ID proof.
      • Ensure the student is mapped to the correct course and examination papers and practicals.
      • Single / Group Payment option (Not required for model exam hence hidden)
      • Final Submission and Fee Confirmation
    3. Registration Payment (Not required for model Exam)
      • Confirm payment status before final examination.
    4. Registered Students Preview
      • Confirm all registered students appear in the list (Payment not required for model exam)
      • Generate and save registration receipt. (Not required for Model Exam, hence hidden)
      • Generate and distribute hall tickets (Not required for Model Exam, hence hidden)
      • Inform students about model exam venue, date, and time.
    5. Follow Registration Deadlines (Not required for model Exam)
      • Complete student registration before the official closing date.
      • Avoid last-minute bulk registrations to prevent server load issues.
      • Monitor portal announcements for deadline updates.
    6. Correction Window Management(Not required for model Exam)
      • Review submitted registrations immediately.
      • If corrections are allowed, complete them within the correction period.
      • Inform students promptly about any rejected applications.
    7. Responsibility of the Training Centre
      • The centre is responsible for the accuracy of submitted student data.
      • Incorrect entries may lead to exam cancellation.

    8. Login Credentials(Active only on announced exam days)
      • Centre can see the list of registered students.
      • Mark the students attendance using verify button.Once verified the 'student password' is available
      • ATC can see the 'examiner password' on top of the Login credentials page for that particular time
      • Students can login to the examination system only if students enter 'student password' and 'examiner password'.
    Important: Training Centres must strictly adhere to all examination registration policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension of registration privileges.
